Buttock Augmentation

Buttock enhancement is a body contouring procedure used to improve the contour, size and/or shape of the buttocks. This is done through the use of buttock implants, fat grafting, macrofillers or sometimes a combination of 2 or 3 methods. Buttock enhancement is mostly performed when the buttock looks too small, sagging or too flat.

Body sculpting operations include the buttock area to accentuate and uplift the buttock. This gives you a well-defined and sculpted shape.

There are different ways for a buttock augmentation:

1. Buttocks implant
2. Enriched Fat cells transfer (Brazilian Butt Lift)
3. Macro Filler (hyaluronic acid)

1. Buttock Implant:
   Buttock implant shape and size is picked depending on each person’s desire and on their general body build. Buttocks augmentation by implants provide successful results in butt enhancement and shapelier. This has helped many women gain a more affective appearance.

   Buttock implants are made from the same silicone gel as breast implants, but they differ in consistency and shape.

In other techniques there is a risk of implant movement from positioned place.

   Different technical aspects like the type and size of the buttock implant, the place of the implant and the place of the incision, will be discussed with Dr. Nassar during a prior consultation.    Results can be seen immediately after buttock augmentation surgery by implant. A bandage is placed over the buttock to provide compression and in turn helps reduce discomfort and swelling.

   The patient should rest for 4 days, and continues to wear a garment for the next 2 weeks after the surgery.

   Full activity including gym work, biking and running can usually be resumed about four weeks following your buttocks augmentation by implant.

   This technique has a double effect: lifting and augmentation at the same time. There is a special shape of implant if you desire to lift only small size buttocks.

2. ENRICHED FAT CELLS TRANSFER

   The enriched fat cells injection technique, also known as “Brazilian Butt“ is a new technique aiming to enhancing the buttocks size without leaving any scar. For those who want to increase the size of their buttocks and do not want silicone implants, this technique is best for you because it offers a natural, aesthetic and lasting result. The injection of enriched fat cells has an advantage because it allows the surgeon to place the required quantity in the required parts, facilitating the modeling of the buttocks and giving a good sculpture.

3. Macro Filler (Hyaluronic Acid)

   Macro Fillers is based on Hyaluronic Acid, a substance existing naturally in the body, injected to enlarge the buttocks. Buttocks enhancement by filler is a quick and simple procedure performed under local anesthesia in the clinic within 10 minutes. There is no need for a general anesthesia or operation.
