Otoplasty - Ear Surgery
Ear surgery also known as Otoplasty — can improve the shape, position or proportion of the ear.
It can correct a defect in the ear structure that might be present since birth and becomes apparent with development. It can also treat misshapen ears caused by injury.
The surgery can be done by the end growth of the ear that is to say from the age of 3 or 4 years.
This surgery, for aesthetic purposes, intends to reshape the helix. The incision is made behind the ears.
